Sikich is currently seeking a Senior Associate – Marketing with 5-7 years of experience, to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving the marketing efforts of our firm and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within a professional services environment, coupled with expertise in event management. Moreover, the selected candidate should be capable of offering support to middle and upper management within our Sales & Marketing department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services and brand.
  • Consistently collaborate with external marketing agencies to manage and oversee content across multiple platforms, including the firm’s website, newsletters, social media channels, and client communications.
  • Coordinating with U.S. teams to enhance and support marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the firm’s business objectives and growth strategies including events & conferences.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal/external events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and networking events.
  • Work on event marketing materials and promotional strategies to maximize attendance, boosting engagement, and effectively targeting the desired audience.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • If required, Partner with different practice groups within the firm to develop tailored marketing campaigns that highlight specific services (e.g., tax, audit, advisory).
  • Support the business development team with marketing collateral.


Requirements for successful candidate:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing and event management, preferably within a professional services or CPA firm.
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a professional audience.
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI and MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and practice groups to achieve marketing goals.
  • Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines.
