Role & Responsibilities:
Setup and maintain an end-to-end Release- / System-Plan for non-SAP and SAP system landscape, which reflects the dependencies to all inbound and outbound systems according to and including program goals and dates (;Deployments, Updates, Downtimes etc.) 
Setup and maintain the system landscape planning 
Setup and maintain a release and production calendar with all downtimes, aligned with IFRS17 closing calendar 
Prepares and participates in the IT change advisory board (CAB) 
Coordinates and monitors the implementation process incl. Test and sign off 
High-Level Coordination of system activities (system refreshes, deployments etc.) 
Communication to all stakeholders pertaining to all tasks planned and derived from the system / release planning 
Planning and moderation of meetings between stakeholders in the system planning activities as well as informing on timeframes and conflicts 
Collecting and analyzing information to proactively adjust system planning and highlight possible conflicts / problems 
Execute rollouts and deployments (either developments of other providers of updates by the software vendor) 
Creation and maintenance of documentations and presentations for tasks from system and release planning 
Execute and monitor hotfix process 
Change management for tasks from system and release planning 
Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the deployment activities 
Track activities against the schedule, manage stakeholder involvement as appropriate and report the status of activities 
Assist the Program/Project/Product Manager and the development team members in planning each release 
Ensure that the organization's release controls are documented and well understood by development Teams 
Skills:
Computer science, math or business graduate or equivalent practitioner with good IT skills
Good knowledge of project management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Very good knowledge in written and spoken English
Technical background beneficial
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment in hybrid teams
Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options
