Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Springboot, Vue.JS, React, or Angular, and Postgre SQL.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Architect and develop robust and scalable applications using Java Springboot.
- Design and develop user interfaces using Vue.JS, React, or Angular.
- Create and optimize database schemas using Postgre SQL.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our software development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java Springboot for backend development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following frontend frameworks: Vue.JS, React, or Angular.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with Postgre SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
