Online Learning Program Operations ManagerEmeritus is a global education provider that makes high-quality learning accessible and affordable. We are seeking an experienced Online Learning Program Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational readiness and delivery of online learning programs.Key Responsibilities:This role involves strong operational acumen, leadership skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Operational Management:Oversee the course readiness lifecycle, ensuring alignment to defined SOPs, reviewing course configurations, and managing all course end activities.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor LMS Coordinators, monitoring workload distribution, performance metrics, and deliverables, supporting skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Program Delivery, Product, Marketing, and IT teams, liaising with Global Partner Teams, serving as the point of escalation for LMS-related challenges, and coordinating timely resolutions.Process Improvement and Reporting:Identify and implement process enhancements, tracking and analyzing course readiness metrics, learner engagement trends, and operational performance through dashboards and reports.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on LMS-related matters, ensuring adherence to academic and operational standards while meeting partner expectations.Requirements:Strong operational management and leadership skillsExperience in overseeing course readiness lifecycles and managing LMS coordinatorsCollaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teamsAnalytical and problem-solving skills to identify process enhancementsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBenefits:Opportunity to work with a leading global education providerChance to develop and implement process improvementsCollaborative and dynamic work environment
