Accounting Manager PositionWe are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and management of payroll compliance.Main Responsibilities:Finalize Accounts: Accurately calculate and record financial transactions to ensure accurate account balances.Prepare Financial Statements: Compile and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, including balance sheets and income statements.Payroll Compliance: Manage payroll processes, including tax filings and compliance with relevant regulations.Sales Tax Management: Oversee sales tax working and filing requirements to minimize errors and optimize revenue.Client Service Excellence: Ensure clients receive exceptional service by consistently meeting service standards.Training and Development: Participate in external and internal training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.Team Management: Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful engagement delivery.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, anomalies, and non-routine items affecting client engagements.Quality Control: Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality, ensuring adherence to company standards.Requirements:7+ Years of Experience in US AccountingProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in EnglishStrong Client Service Skills, Responsive to Clients' NeedsHighly Motivated, Self-Learning, Problem-Solving AbilitiesOutstanding Analytical, Organizational, and Project Management SkillsExperience with Cloud Accounting Solutions (QB, Xero, Sage, Accounting CS)Minimum 3+ Years of Experience Managing TeamsDirect US Client Coordination ExperienceBasic Understanding of US GAAP Accounting Principles
