Endocrinology Specialist PhysicianYou will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex conditions.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat medical conditionsManage patient care plansCollaborate with a multidisciplinary teamSupervise junior medical staffComprehensive Patient Assessments:You will conduct thorough patient evaluations, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans for injuries, illnesses, and disorders within the specialty.Treatment and Procedures:You will prescribe and administer appropriate medication, therapy, or other specialized medical care, and perform necessary procedures/surgeries related to the specialty.Clinical Collaboration and Consultation:You will liaise and consult with other medical specialists, departments, and support services to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.Clinical Documentation:You will accurately document all relevant clinical information in a clear and timely fashion in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Clinical Quality Improvement and Research:You will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities to enhance patient safety and care standards.Clinical Education and Supervision:You will provide instruction, guidance, and supervision to junior medical staff, residents, and students.Clinical Communication:You will communicate clinical information to patients and their families in a timely and compassionate manner, obtaining informed consent for procedures as required.Eligibility Requirements:To be eligible for this role, you will need to have an MBBS degree from a recognized medical school, completion of a structured clinical residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialization, and a minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience post-specialization.
