If you arepassionate about, and have experience building platform products in the domain of health,fitness, mobile and data, we would love to talk to you.Sugarfit is expanding rapidly across different cities of India and we are looking forexperienced Senior Data Analysts to join our team.Role: Senior Data AnalystKey Responsibilities: ● Work independently to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights todrive business decisions.Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract,transform, and manipulate data efficiently (Non-negotiable)● Develop and maintain Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and visualization.● Use Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros) for quick ad-hocanalysis and reporting.● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements andtranslate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.Identify trends, anomalies,and patterns in data, providing recommendations for process improvements.● Strong understanding of product, business, marketing metricsPresent findings clearlyto both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating data-drivendecision-making.Qualifications & Skills: ● 4-5 years of experience in a data analytics role.Strong expertise in SQL (complexqueries, optimization, indexing, joins, CTEs, window functions, etc.)● Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similarlibraries).Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, andautomation.● Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and ETLprocesses.Strong business acumen with the ability to engage in meaningfuldiscussions with stakeholders.● Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projectsend-to-end.Excellent communication skills to present insights and influencedecision-making.● Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
