We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to spearhead the development of our AI Operator's context layer.This pivotal role involves architecting the system's nervous system, ensuring seamless integration of data from disparate sources.Key Responsibilities:Standardize Data Schemas: Design and maintain canonical data models to normalize conflicting metrics across various sources.Build Deep 1P Data Integrations: Construct pipelines to ingest high-fidelity signals directly from their source.Integrate Unstructured Data & LLMs: Develop workflows that scrape and process multimodal data from ad libraries and social platforms.Architect the Observer Framework: Build logging and observation infrastructure to record every state change.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong expertise in software engineering, and experience working with large-scale systems.
