Job Purpose

Plan, schedule, coordinate & execute automation testing activities

Responsible for automated testing of systems to ensure delivery of Quality assured applications to production.

Support Test Lead /Senior Test Lead in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the QA & Test organization

 

Job Responsibilities

•Create, execute and monitor automation scripts and update existing automation test suites

•Work closely with offshore team and onshore team(s) to deliver projects to time, cost and quality requirements.

•Ensure that tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved

•Manage Risks and Issues associated with Testing engagements

 

Qualifications

•Minimum of 8 years of automation testing experience

•Must have strong analytical skills, reporting and problem-solving skills

•Must be able to setup, build and test automation framework and not just add to existing framework

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•(Must) Expert experience in automation testing tool - Selenium

•(Must) Strong experience in at least one other automation testing tool – Playwright, Microfocus UFT, Ranorex

•(Must) Experience in developing and implementing an automation framework

•(Must) Strong experience setting up CI/CD pipeline with tools like Jenkins, Bamboo.

•(Preferred) Strong knowledge of programming languages like C#, Java

•(Preferred) Experience in working with Agile teams

•(Preferred) Experience with tool identification, installation and POC.
