Job DescriptionData Analysis Expertise:We are seeking a skilled data analysis professional to support our business operations.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis to drive informed decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.Develop reports and dashboards using advanced tools and technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics.Automate recurring data workflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.Support and mentor junior analysts to enhance team capability and foster a collaborative learning environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.Advanced proficiency in SQL and intermediate proficiency in Python.Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Tableau.Experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
