We are looking for a highly skilled Outreach Representative to join our team. This is an entry to mid level role for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating effectively, and driving business growth.You will be part of a dynamic team that believes in fast execution, high ownership, and clear communication. As an Outreach Representative, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to homeowners, HOA boards, and local communities through calls, texts, and emails.Key Responsibilities:Run structured outreach campaigns to generate interest and book meetingsShare the value proposition clearly and help prospects understand how our platform solves their daily problemsMaintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow upsCoordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboardingSupport basic outreach marketing activities such as sending email sequences, posting in local community groups, and identifying new channels to reach customersWork closely with the team to improve messaging and outreach playbooksRequirements:Comfortable with high volume outreach and daily targetsStrong communication skills and ability to build rapport quicklyOrganized, detail oriented, and consistentSelf driven and eager to learn the sales process in a fast growing startupThis is an exciting opportunity to be an early team member helping build a high growth US based startup.
