Project Manager Officer RoleThis is a key leadership position in our organization responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives.The successful candidate will lead the PMO function, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, optimizing processes, and enabling leadership with actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Create data-driven portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel and visualization tools.Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.About this Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager Officer.
