It is a high-ownership position that requires:You will work directly with founders to:Discover SaaS opportunities through in-depth research and analysis.Validate market demand, competitors, and user needs to ensure successful product launches.Define personas, positioning, and MVP direction based on data-driven insights.Build frameworks for repeatable product launches that drive business growth.Shape the early product and growth roadmap by identifying market gaps and opportunities.Responsibilities include:Identifying 2–3 high-potential SaaS opportunities through structured research and analysis.Building detailed opportunity reports with demand, competition, and feasibility insights.Validating ideas using waitlists, landing tests, and qualitative signals to measure market interest.Defining user personas, problem statements, and positioning to create compelling products.Shaping MVP scope with the engineering team to ensure alignment and efficiency.Developing early GTM foundations (messaging, ICP, funnels, roadmap inputs) to drive customer acquisition.Creating a repeatable system for idea validation, launch planning, and post-launch optimization.Requirements:7–12 years of experience in SaaS research, product strategy, or growth intelligence.Proven track record of discovering SaaS opportunities and driving business growth.Strong analytical and research background with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.Ability to convert market gaps into clear product directions that drive business success.Strong understanding of SaaS growth fundamentals and market trends.Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.Portfolio or case studies demonstrating research, validation, and growth work.
