Visual Design OpportunityWe're seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer to join our creative team. As part of this role, you'll design visually stunning graphics for marketing campaigns, events, and announcements.Key responsibilities include creating course visuals, infographics, and illustrations for digital learning materials, maintaining and expanding our brand identity system, collaborating with the UI/UX and marketing teams for visual consistency, and experimenting with motion, animations, and modern formats for storytelling.Design Requirements:Create high-quality graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.Maintain and expand our brand identity system to ensure consistency across all materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual cohesion throughout the organization.Experiment with new design trends and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of hands-on design experience in branding, social media design, digital campaigns, and marketing visuals.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Canva.Strong command over layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Expertise in digital content design — social media posts, banners, ads, landing pages, presentations.Skilled in illustration, sketching, vector graphics, and visual storytelling.Nice-to-Have Skills:Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end collaboration.Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience designing dashboards, CRM, or LMS platforms.What We're Looking For:A highly motivated and detail-obsessed Visual Designer who can turn ideas into clean, emotionally engaging visuals.Someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, design systems, and meaningful impact.How to Apply: If you're interested in this opportunity, please submit your portfolio (Figma/Dribble/Behance link or PDF) and resume (PDF).
