We are currently hiring for Senior UI UX Designer for Biz2x in Noida.


Responsibilities:

Create user journeys, prototypes, wireframes, stories, and documentation

Drive efficiency and value by thinking in systems and leveraging design frameworks

Collaborate closely with global and cross-functional teams to improve product design

Build consensus through effective communication, partnership, and influence with both internal teams and customers

Design features, workflows, and interactions that enhance the user experience

Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, design, and implementation of innovative features


Requirements

Experience - 3- 6 Years.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Proven experience with product design tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Sketch)

Familiarity with design systems and ability to create and maintain component libraries

Knowledge of front-end development concepts

Experience with agile development methodologies

Strong analytical, logical, and business-oriented mindset

Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills

Understanding of user experience research methodologies


Good to have

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub

Experience developing design systems and UI toolkits

Knowledge of the credit and lending domain

Experience delivering SaaS products and working with offshore development teams

Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven design
