Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphics Designer to lead creative projects for 50+ clients and manage a team of 10+ graphic designers and video editors. The role requires a mix of leadership, project management, and creative design work. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality designs that meet client expectations, while ensuring efficiency and collaboration within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Supervision:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers and video editors to ensure the successful completion of design and video projects.
Provide creative guidance, feedback, and support to the team to ensure consistent quality in design deliverables.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions for performance reviews and to foster professional development.
Client Management & Project Leadership:
Oversee the creative work for 50+ clients, ensuring the design solutions meet their business needs and adhere to their brand guidelines.
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and deliver compelling visual solutions.
Lead presentations to clients, explaining design concepts and revisions with clarity and confidence.
Creative Development:
Conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of visual assets, including logos, web design, social media content, print materials, and video graphics.
Work closely with the video editing team to ensure video content aligns with the overall design strategy and meets client objectives.
Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance the team’s creative output.
Project & Workflow Management:
Manage the workload of the team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality.
Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects, balancing priorities to ensure deadlines are met without compromising on creativity.
Use project management tools to track the progress of design tasks and ensure smooth communication between the team and clients.
Quality Control:
Review and approve all design work from your team, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with client expectations.
Provide constructive feedback and hands-on assistance when necessary to maintain high levels of creativity and execution.
Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and messaging across all client deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a creative team.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with a wide range of design mediums, including digital, print, and video graphics.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
Understanding of motion graphics and video editing workflows to effectively guide the video editing team.
Experience with web design and UX/UI tools is an advantage.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage client relationships and convey design concepts clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep teams organized and focused.
Key Competencies:
Creativity and innovation in design, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects across all clients.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teams, including marketing, sales, and account management.
