Summary

Are you ready to collaborate with CXOs and senior leaders to shape their talent strategies? As an expert in Human Capital Management, you'll partner with top management to understand their talent needs and business objectives, while crafting innovative solutions to attract and retain top IT talent.


You'll play a key role in driving HR initiatives like Talent Acquisition and Talent Mapping, and help us expand our offerings by developing SOPs for Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Analytics. Plus, you'll enhance and implement our in-house ATS software.

Role Description

  • Client Consultation & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering customized human capital strategies to address client challenges. Lead discovery meetings to clarify needs, objectives, and goals. Advise on best practices in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, succession, compensation, and HR analytics.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. Offer strategic consulting to enhance client hiring processes.
  • Talent Market Mapping & Research: Perform comprehensive research to map talent markets and generate reports that inform recruitment strategies. Present insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Service Expansion: Develop SOPs for Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, and HR Analytics. Build internal capabilities for these services along with the team.
  • ATS Software Optimization: Ensure the effective utilization of our in-house ATS software for clients. Collaborate with internal tech teams to suggest software improvements and help clients integrate and optimize these systems for their HR processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-8 years in human capital consulting, HR management, or a similar field.
  • 3Proven SME experience in one or more HCM areas: talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, compensation, or HR analytics.
  • Strong consultative skills with a client-focused approach, including listening, questioning, and solution delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM trends, best practices, and regulations.
  • Preferred: Certifications like SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI.
  • Client-facing consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend HR events.
