Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead and execute the data conversion from Oracle Fusion to Salesforce.You will work closely with onsite architects and functional teams to design, build, and optimize SQL Server-based staging and transformation processes ensuring accurate, complete, and timely migration of data into Salesforce.Design and build SQL Server-based ETL processes (T-SQL, stored procedures, SQL jobs) for migrating data from Oracle Fusion into Salesforce.Create and maintain staging tables, mappings, and transformation logic to align Oracle Fusion data structures with Salesforce objects.Analyze Oracle Fusion data model and map it to Salesforce standard and custom objects.Develop robust data validation and reconciliation scripts/reports to ensure completeness and accuracy pre- and post-load.Optimize SQL queries and jobs for performance and scalability on large data volumes in SQL Server.Collaborate closely with onsite Salesforce functional/technical teams to align on object model, required fields, and data constraints.Troubleshoot and resolve dataload issues, referential integrity problems, and performance bottlenecks during mock cycles and cutover.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver end-to-end data migration projects as a primary SQL resource.Leverage T-SQL skills to drive complex joins, window functions, stored procedures, views, functions, and SQL Server Agent jobs.Ensure strong working knowledge of Salesforce data model.Expertise in loading data into Salesforce using tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, SSIS, or other ETL tools.Practical exposure to Oracle Fusion (Cloud) / Oracle ERP as a data source.Promote data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality checks.Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced project environment with offshore-onsite collaboration.
