Job Opportunity: Large Language Model (LLM) Training SpecialistAt our organization, we're dedicated to advancing the capabilities of large language models. As an LLM training specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.Job Description:Our team focuses on creating high-quality data and leveraging expert human input to train cutting-edge models. We prioritize techniques like Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF). Additionally, we collaborate with experts from STEM fields, applied mathematics, and domain-specific areas. Our services also encompass image and video annotation, as well as data provisioning.Responsibilities:Curate datasets for LLM trainingDesign tasks for model fine-tuningExecute training processes for LLMs targeting Java programmingRequired Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you'll need:Proficiency in Java programming with at least 3 years of experienceKnowledge of LLM training methods such as SFT and RLHFExpertise in creating annotated coding-specific datasets and task definitions for LLMsStrong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and code optimizationExcellent communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical and Computer EngineeringWhat You'll Gain:As an LLM training specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse technical teams remotely.
