Job Description:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the creative team by designing visual content for social media, websites, and advertisements. You’ll collaborate with senior designers to develop appealing visuals, assist in promotional content creation, and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to learn and tackle creative challenges.

In this position, you’ll contribute fresh ideas, develop design concepts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Whether you are a recent graduate or an entry-level professional, you’ll have ample opportunities to learn, grow, and advance your skills in design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation:
  • Develop social media graphics, banners, flyers, infographics, and digital ads that align with the brand’s style and objectives.
  • Branding Assistance:
  • Support the senior design team in creating brand kits, including logos, collateral, and marketing materials.
  • Video Editing Support:
  • Assist in engaging reel editing for social media posts and promotional content under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Collaboration and Feedback:
  • Work closely with senior designers to receive constructive feedback and make revisions. Coordinate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency.
  • Adherence to Deadlines:
  • Complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Be proactive in managing timelines and meeting project schedules.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field (including internships).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of reel editing using Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
  • A portfolio showcasing social media graphics, logo design, and other relevant work.
  • Ability to receive feedback positively and implement changes effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their branding requirements.
