UI Designer RoleWe are seeking a creative and tech-savvy UI Designer who can leverage AI-powered coding platforms like Lovable, Replit, v0.dev, and similar tools to rapidly design and build beautiful, conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and sales funnels.Design and build aesthetic websites, landing pages, and sales funnels using AI-powered platforms (Lovable, Replit, v0.dev, Bolt.new, etc.)Create high-converting sales pages with compelling visual hierarchy and user flowTransform design concepts into functional websites through effective prompt engineeringEnsure responsive design across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)UI/UX & Conversion Optimization:Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and conversion-optimizedImplement best practices for landing page design, CTAs, and sales funnel optimizationConduct A/B testing on design elements to improve conversion ratesCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approvalAI Tool Mastery:Mastery of prompt writing techniques to generate clean, functional code through AI platformsIterate and refine AI-generated outputs to match design specificationsStay updated with the latest AI web development tools and capabilitiesTroubleshoot and optimize AI-generated code for performanceCollaboration & Delivery:Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiencesDeliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standardsIncorporate client feedback and revisions efficientlyMaintain design consistency across multiple pages and funnelsRequired Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or web designA strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, websites, or digital marketing designsAn excellent understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy)Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchTechnical Skills:Hands-on experience with AI coding platforms (Lovable, Replit, v0.dev, Cursor, or similar)Strong prompt engineering skills to generate desired outputs from AI toolsA basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (no deep coding required)Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principlesMarketing & Conversion Knowledge:An understanding of landing page best practices and conversion optimizationKnowledge of sales funnel design and customer journey mappingExperience creating persuasive, action-oriented designsAwareness of current web design trends and aestheticsPreferred Skills:Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Webflow, Framer, Bubble)Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimizationFamiliarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)Experience with design systems and component librariesUnderstanding of copywriting principles for webA portfolio demonstrating high-conversion landing pagesTools You'll Work With:Lovable.devReplitv0.dev (Vercel)Bolt.newCursor AIChatGPT/Claude for code generationDesign Tools:Figma/Adobe XDCanva/Adobe Creative SuiteAsset libraries (Unsplash, Iconify, etc.)Other Tools:Version control (Git/GitHub)Project management toolsBrowser developer toolsKey Deliverables:High-converting landing pages for marketing campaignsMulti-page sales funnels with seamless user experienceProduct/service websites with modern, aesthetic designRapid prototypes and design iterations based on feedbackA/B test variations for conversion optimization
