Director of Manufacturing OperationsThe Director of Manufacturing Operations will lead all manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality production aligned with international standards.This role demands in-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.Main Responsibilities:Oversee overall manufacturing performance, including Production, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, and Production Planning.Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy that focuses on productivity, quality, safety, and cost optimization.Maintain alignment with global expectations, systems, and processes.Operational Excellence:Direct daily production activities to achieve PQCDSM targets (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale).Implement and sustain Lean methodologies, Kaizen events, Heijunka, Jidoka, 5S, and standardized work systems.Enhance operational discipline and maintain world-class shop floor standards.Quality & Compliance:Achieve zero-defect manufacturing through strict adherence to quality processes.Collaborate with the Quality team to meet IATF, ISO, and customer requirements.Lead internal and external audits, reporting directly to senior leadership.Process Improvement & Technology:Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.Evaluate new technologies to optimize production processes.Lead preventive maintenance systems to ensure maximum machine availability.Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate closely with global teams to achieve common goals.Foster effective communication and technical alignment with global headquarters.Support plant expansion programs and new model introductions.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a large workforce across multiple departments.Create a culture of continuous improvement, discipline, and operational excellence.Train staff in best practices for lean manufacturing.
