Job Description: -

  • Lead ads execution and optimization for retail brands on E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms – Amazon, Otto, Noon, Flipkart, Bol etc.
  • Conduct deep analysis to understand customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data from various marketing channels to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Manage client engagement across day-to-day activities, lead business development effort for the company and manage a healthy project pipeline.
  • Develop reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment and improved customer acquisition and retention
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Well versed with all metrics on marketing funnel
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
  • Provide advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing inputs


Qualifications and Experience: -

  • Master’s degree in business, Marketing or related field
  • Prior experience required – 3 to 4 years
  • Should be good with data analysis and numbers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent communication and client handling skill
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency
  • Certifications in digital marketing, Sponsored ads (Amazon, Bol, Flipkart etc.) preferred
  • Must have knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services
