Senior CAE/CAD Automation Developer Job DescriptionJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior CAE/CAD Automation Developer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of advanced automation solutions for CAD/CAE workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in automating design and simulation workflows across various platforms, integrating CAD/CAE systems with PLM platforms, and implementing pre-processing and post-processing automation for FEA/CFD workflows.Develop and customize CAD/CAE automation tools using CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, CATScript, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C#.Automate design and simulation workflows across platforms like CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys, Abaqus.Integrate CAD/CAE systems with PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter) for seamless data flow.Implement pre-processing and post-processing automation for FEA/CFD workflows, including mesh generation, validation, and report automation.Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams to deploy scalable automation solutions.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Strong experience in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys).Proficiency in CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C#, C++.Hands-on experience with PLM integration, automation frameworks, and data validation scripts.Knowledge of Agile methodology, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Preferred qualifications include experience in CAE process automation, PLM migration, and team leadership.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5-12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization.Our company is committed to providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with experienced engineers and developers.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
