Senior Technology Architect

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Architect to lead the design and architecture of cutting-edge enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java and Python, modern microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and observability tools, along with a strong understanding of DevOps, SRE practices, and GenAI/LLM-based solutions.Key Responsibilities:Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and Python.Lead the implementation of microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration across services.Drive cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.Define and implement SRE practices, including APM, metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, and SLIs.Integrate and optimize observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Instana, and ServiceNow AIOps.Design and implement GenAI/LLM-based solutions for operational automation and intelligent copilots.Architect robust API and integration frameworks for observability and operational tools.Evaluate and select appropriate SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis) based on application needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.Lead DevOps and CI/CD integration efforts, including containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear articulation of technical concepts and architectural decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have Skills: Java and Python development expertiseMicroservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)Application architecture and design for Java-based systemsSRE principles and observability practicesHands-on experience with observability platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.)GenAI/LLM-based solution designAPI & integration architectureDatabase design and selection (SQL/NoSQL)DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, KubernetesStrong analytical and communication skillsProven stakeholder management and articulation capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Experience with AI/ML or GenAI frameworksExposure to enterprise IT Ops environmentsWhy Join Us?Work on transformative technologies and innovative solutionsCollaborate with top-tier talent in a dynamic and inclusive environmentOpportunity to lead strategic initiatives and shape technology direction
