HR Operations ManagerAbout the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, IT recruitment coordination, onboarding, HRIS/data accuracy, payroll inputs, employee engagement, and basic compliance.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage HR policies and proceduresManage recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checksMaintain employee records and update HR databasesManage employee benefits and compensation packagesConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employeesAddress employee relations issues and resolve conflictsEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulationsPrepare and present HR-related reports to managementCoordinate performance cycles, appraisals, training, and feedback logisticsManage employee exit formalitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAble to maintain a high level of confidentialityIT experience is mandatory
