About Our OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a KYC Analyst. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the highest quality standards for client due diligence.The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial banking KYC processes and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in MS Office and have a good understanding of financial regulatory requirements.As a KYC Analyst, you'll work closely with Compliance, Sanctions, and Relationship Managers to ensure that all client profiles are up-to-date and compliant with the latest policies and procedures.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Production of high-quality KYC profiles in line with the latest policies and procedures.Obtaining and updating missing client documentation from clients (with the help of RMs).Following up on client profiles and ensuring that all levels of signoff are in line with the latest ID matrix.Sending profiles for audit within standard timelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Due Diligence/Enhance Due Diligence at a maker level.Graduation in Commerce/Finance or equivalent.Flexibility to work in different shift timings.Good understanding of MS Office and proven skills on banking platforms.Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.Others:We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
