Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend services using NestJS.The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Experience with system design, distributed systems, and microservices is also essential.In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as practical knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.Able to work closely with product, design, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve live issues under pressure.Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable backend services using NestJSDevelop robust, event-driven, distributed architecturesOptimize database performance and scalabilityIntegrate AI/ML components into backend workflowsImplement APMs & monitoring for real-time insightsRequired Skills and QualificationsB.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field4–6 years in backend development with strong focus on NestJSStrong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPProven expertise in system design, distributed systems, and microservicesHands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databasesPractical knowledge of APMs/monitoring tools (NewRelic, Datadog, OpenObserve, etc.)BenefitsAs a senior software engineer, you will have opportunities to grow professionally and personally, including participating in architecture roadmaps and technical strategy discussions.OthersWe value ownership, transparency, courage, customer obsession, and celebration in our workplace.
