  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Very Importantly should have worked on Equity, managing cash flows, financing, fundraising, investments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in [Industry/Company type, if applicable].
  • Experience in handling audits and corporate finance.
  • Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
