Digital Transformation Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Lean and Quality Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing digital transformation strategies, driving end-to-end solutions, and demonstrating internal and external multi-function perspectives to customize solutions for our clients.Your primary responsibilities will include:SUPPORTING aligned teams in their lean journey for continuous improvement and operationalizing the lean approachIDENTIFYING process improvement opportunities by conducting VSM, Gemba, and floor walksCONDUCTING lean action workouts, Kaizen events together with Operations and CustomersCREATING roadmaps for transformation and lean initiatives and working closely with Business Leaders for realization of the sameLEADING and delivering lean digital projects that improve end-to-end processes and driving significant business impact for customersWORKING closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organizationCONDUCTING quality awareness and lean trainings within the organizationPARTNERING with Operations Leaders to drive lean agenda for the organization RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Minimum qualifications/Skills:RICH and relevant experience in lean domainDEMONSTRATED expertise in client relations, multiple & complex stakeholder managementStrong consulting, relationship management, and facilitation skills including the ability to listen and ask the right questions to understand the business problem, analyze, and provide meaningful insightsProblem-solving skills with analytical bent of mindAbility to multitask with aggressive deadlinesProficiency with spoken and written EnglishInfluencing, persuasion, and presentation skillsProject management skillsGreen belt/Black belt certifiedSource to pay/accounts payable domain experiencePreferred qualifications/Skills:RICH relevant experience with increasing accountabilityHands-on knowledge and certification in various improvement framework (LEAN)Expert-level knowledge of various data collection and analysis toolsExperience managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and operating model design using LeanExcellent problem-solving abilities and innovative approach with attention to details, ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasksBenefitsWe offer a dynamic work environment that values respect and integrity, customer focus, and innovation.
