Job Summary:


We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Bengaluru based team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, adept at crafting engaging content, and skilled in leveraging various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, drive value based growth. As the Social Media- Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, monitoring online conversations, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet organizational objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media, tailored to each platform and target audience.
  • Engage with followers and monitor online conversations to foster community engagement, address inquiries, and manage reputation effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to align social media efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media activities, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor competitors' social media presence and industry trends to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing social media marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field)


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms 
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and metrics tracking.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging social media campaigns and content.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising principles and experience in managing ad-grant campaigns is a plus.
