Strategic Portfolio ManagerThe Strategic Portfolio Manager will drive project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting across multiple initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of PMO governance frameworks to ensure compliance across all projects and programs.Leadership in developing portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, complex formulas) and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).Analysis and identification of trends to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Supervision of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitation of executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentoring and coaching PMO analysts and project coordinators to foster a culture of excellence.Collaboration with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Continual refinement of PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).Experience in financial management for projects (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
