Job Title: Cyber Security EngineerAt our organization, we're looking for a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security of our systems and networks.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to make a significant impact on our organization's security posture. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to ensure the effective operation of our security systems and policies.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Monitoring email security alerts and triaging spam, phishing, and malware threats;Reviewing quarantined messages and assisting users with release or false-positive requests;Supporting configuration updates for policies, URL defense, and impersonation protection;Assisting in preparing reports on email threats and security trends;Supporting user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, access modifications) for Identity Access Management (IAM/IGA);Reviewing access requests and enforcing access approval workflows;Assisting in periodic access certifications and role-based access reviews;Monitoring IAM alerts and resolving basic access governance issues;Monitoring endpoint privilege escalations and policy enforcement across endpoints;Supporting the onboarding of new endpoints into Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) policies;Managing least-privilege settings and handling user exceptions;Reviewing endpoint security logs and responding to suspicious activity;Contributing to incident response by collecting logs, evidence, and performing first-level analysis;FOLLOWING established SOPs and updating documentation when processes change;Collaborating with security, IT, and operations teams to resolve security issues;Providing user support and driving compliance with security policies;RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:1–4 years of experience in Security Operations or IT Security;A basic understanding of Email Security, IAM/IGA concepts, and Endpoint Security;Hands-on exposure (even partial) to any of these tools: Proofpoint, Saviynt, CyberArk EPM, Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms;Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills;The ability to follow SOPs and work in a fast-paced environment.
