Cybersecurity LeadDrive the enhancement of IT security posture by identifying cybersecurity risks and designing technical risk mitigating measures.Engage with technology stakeholders to proactively identify cybersecurity risks at a detailed level.Design and implement technical solutions to mitigate identified risks.Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks through technical solution design and implementation.Evaluate the IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, and systems.Maintain and improve MAS Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification in collaboration with the project management office.Monitor systems and respond to cybersecurity alerts appropriately.Develop and conduct IT security training programs for employees.Bachelor's degree in Information Security or equivalent field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or fintechs.Understanding of cryptocurrency-related risks and mitigation strategies.Familiarity with MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS standards, and CISM/CISSP certification.Technical experience with security tools and DevSecOps practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to work effectively in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
