AI Innovation SpecialistJob Overview:This role involves developing, deploying, and refining AI-powered systems to drive sustainability research, analysis, and intelligence.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain autonomous and assistive AI systems for sustainability research and consulting workflows.Integrate agent solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, sustainability databases, and external client systems.Collaborate with internal teams to develop, test, and refine AI-driven products and reporting solutions (e.g., ESG, TCFD, scenario analysis).Support R&D of new AI features, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering.Optimize system performance for clients globally, balancing scalability, uptime, and data security.Create technical and user documentation and provide occasional end-user training and onboarding.Required Skills & Qualifications:Prior experience in building agentic workflows using technologies such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and orchestration libraries like CrewAI or LangGraph.Strong foundation in Python and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Llama Index, OpenAI API, Claude API).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding of API development, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.Familiarity with sustainability data standards and ESG frameworks is a strong advantage.Fundamentals of data visualization and dashboard integration for research deliverables.Strong communication and collaboration skills adapted to global teams.Benefits:Work on cutting-edge AI projects driving sustainability innovation.Collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.Enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.Others:Remote work options available.
