Job TitleSpearhead AI Systems Optimization and Build Next-Gen Intelligence Capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimize AI inference pipelines for quality and cost efficiency at scale.Develop natural language processing capabilities, including sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and intent classification across languages.Build batch processing systems for cost-effective AI workloads without compromising user experience.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions delivering measurable value.Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure AI output quality and detect model drift.Research and prototype new AI/ML approaches to expand platform capabilities, including predictive analytics and anomaly detection.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.4+ years of experience in ML engineering, with production NLP system work.Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks and libraries.Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning approaches, and inference optimization.Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services and serverless architectures.Preferred Skills:Master's degree or Ph.D. in Machine Learning or related field.Experience with batch inference systems and cost optimization strategies for AI workloads.Familiarity with multi-language NLP and machine translation systems.Knowledge of MLOps practices: model versioning, A/B testing, and automated retraining pipelines.Job Highlights:Contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Opportunity to drive innovation and growth.
