Job DescriptionWe are seeking a System Administrator to support global IT operations, infrastructure management, and enterprise system environments for international clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Linux or Windows servers across development, testing, and production environments.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical applications and infrastructure.Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents quickly.Set up, configure, and maintain virtual machines, cloud instances, and on-prem infrastructure.Manage users, permissions, and security policies across systems.Apply patches, updates, and upgrades for OS, applications, and security components.Support network troubleshooting, firewall rules, VPN access, and connectivity issues.Work with ticketing systems, document resolutions, and follow standard ITIL processes.Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to support deployments and operational workflows.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Linux or Windows server administration, network configuration, and problem-solving.
