*Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Analyst / Reporting Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with a proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI that effectively communicate findings to business teams.

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Automate reporting processes and improve data quality and integrity through robust data management practices.

- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Provide support and training to team members on data analysis tools and best practices.

**Required Skills:**

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Strong expertise in Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.

- Experience in data analysis, with a proven record of generating insights that drive business decisions.

**Desired Skills:**

- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques.

- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Experience Requirements:**

- Minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.

**Educational Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
