About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX, Graphic Designer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our health tech platform. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.


Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the health tech domain.
  • Information Architecture: Design clear and logical information architecture, user flows, and navigation structures for complex health data and workflows.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity and accessibility standards.
  • Interaction Design: Design intuitive interactions and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Graphic Design: Create compelling social media campaign posts and marketing collateral that enhance user engagement and effectively communicate complex health information, ensuring consistency with brand identity and alignment with accessibility standards.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX, Graphic Design trends, and best practices, particularly in the health tech industry.


Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and mobile applications, ideally within health tech or a related field.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Health Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with health data, medical terminology, and the challenges and opportunities within the health tech industry.
  • Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive design for all users.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to design challenges.

  • Experience with designing for health-related platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization and presenting complex health information in a user-friendly manner.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data privacy in health tech applications.
