Job Responsibilities- Oversee credit quality and provide strategic direction across the department- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of credit reports, dashboards, monthly performance presentations, and credit memorandums- Lead credit audits through policy analysis and case reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory norms- Conduct credit risk assessments and portfolio due diligence to identify early warning signals and mitigate risks- Collaborate with business teams to manage end-to-end credit processes and support decision-making- Work with tech teams to drive automation and expand system-based credit decisions.- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze data trends, and present insights to senior management.- Deliver regular team training, digitize training workflows, and manage centralized MIS reportingLocation: Powai, Mumbai
