Data Migration SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Migration Expert to spearhead our data migration initiatives from on-premises environments to cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of data engineering best practices, hands-on experience with Databricks, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.Mission OverviewThe successful applicant will design, develop, and implement a comprehensive data migration strategy that ensures seamless transitions between on-prem and cloud platforms. Key responsibilities include assessing existing data landscapes, identifying gaps, and defining migration roadmaps to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration cycles.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement scalable data processing solutions using modern data engineering frameworks such as Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure efficient data transfer between on-prem and cloud platforms.Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets common in telecom systems (CDRs, network logs, subscriber data, etc.).Key Qualifications5+ years of experience in data migration and data engineering.Proven expertise in the telecommunications domain.Hands-on experience with Delta Live Tables in Databricks.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Data Migration Expert to join our team and contribute to shaping our organization's data strategy.
