Job Description:One of our leading IT MNC Client is looking for Sr. Data AnalystDesign, develop and support of data analytics using BI solutions (PowerBI preferred), self-service models, and visualization toolsDevelop, publish, schedule reports, enhance data models and dashboards to meet business requirementsIntegrate PowerBI reports into other applications using embedded services or API automationWork with other analysts and data engineers to identity and understand source data system and business requirements for solutions deliveryIdentify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently. Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-makingUnderstand business requirements and choose a data model that best fits user needs, customizing when neededDevelop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to data models.Identify research questions, problem-solve using data analysis and communicate the results to various stakeholderDesired Profile / Criteria / Skills :Job Qualification:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, Business or equivalent is required.Minimum of 6 years' experience in working with data, diverse business systems, technologies, and processing environments.Advanced Excel skills (power query, conditional formatting, advanced charting, macros)Experience in working with for BI Tools – powerBI preferredVBA, DAX or programming knowledge preferredKnowledge of Oracle HCM, Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow will be an added advantage.Offered Benefits / Facilities :5 Days workingRemote work
