Senior Graphic DesignerAbout the RoleThis is a high-level design position where you will conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets for our company. You will collaborate with teams to deliver engaging creative content enhancing our brand presence.Key Responsibilities:Visual Identity Management: Own and evolve our visual identity ensuring consistency across digital, print, and product assets.Creative Design Development: Develop compelling graphics, illustrations, presentations, social media creatives, website visuals, videos, and marketing collateral.Social Media Focus: Design graphic content for different social media channels (graphics and videos), develop fresh concepts based on business goals and current trends, create engaging videos for digital marketing campaigns, work with the marketing team to build a strong social media presence, measure key performance indicators and provide suggestions.Concept Development: Analyze design briefs, outline requirements, and present ideas/drafts to the team.Style Consistency: Ensure all graphic elements are aligned in style, colors, and messaging.Content Testing: Test graphic and video content across multiple devices and platforms.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and UI needs.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a high-quality design culture.Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design outputs.Qualifications:4-7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (B2B and SaaS experience preferred).A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and video content.Exceptional creative skills with the ability to create unique, impactful content.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and video creation/editing skills.Familiarity with social media design best practices.Comfortable with templates and design software.A comprehensive understanding of marketing practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
