You will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology within the organization.Job responsibilities    Advise cross-functional teams on ServiceNow engineering best practices to achieve target state solutions and improvements to current technologiesDevelop and implement multi-year engineering roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategy and priorities; actively engage with teams and customers through discussion and visuals to convey ServiceNow fit-for-purpose solutionsLeads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectivesMakes decisions that influence teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and proceduresWork collaboratively with Product and Platform Leads to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement, and operations workServe as a ServiceNow go-to subject matter expert; communicate key points to technical and non-technical audiences at different levelsContribute to the development of technical methods and designs for ServiceNow and integrations in line with the latest product development methodologies, including NOW AssistDelivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domainsInfluences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teamsChampions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertiseApplied experience in modules such as IRM, ITSM, and CSM, and applied experience in ServiceNow.Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologistsExperience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talentExperience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product ManagerExperience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex engineering problems in one or more technical disciplinesAbility to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and ExecutivesPractical cloud native experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience working at code level
