Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Request for Proposal Writer to join our team at Joblinxs App. This remote position is vital for managing and writing proposals, creating RFP documents, and utilizing technical writing skills to communicate effectively. The successful candidate will draft compelling proposals and ensure clear and concise communication throughout the proposal process.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including drafting, editing, and finalizing proposals.
  • Create comprehensive RFP documents that align with Joblinxs App’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for proposals.
  • Ensure all proposals are clear, persuasive, and tailored to the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records of all proposals and RFPs submitted.
  • Utilize technical writing expertise to convey complex information in an understandable manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Proposal Management, RFP writing, and Proposal Writing.
  • Experience writing proposals for North American federal clients is a must.
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in crafting detailed and comprehensive proposals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the freelance market or home care services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
