Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance requirements, ensure timely filings, and conduct audits. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling regulatory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and CLRA, as well as half-yearly and yearly returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance related to PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance), and PT (Professional Tax).
  • Prepare and file half-yearly and yearly statutory returns.
  • Conduct audits for Shop & Establishment Act and ensure compliance with its provisions.
  • Ensure adherence to the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition (CLRA) Act.
  • Perform regular compliance audits and maintain accurate records for statutory obligations.
  • Liaise with government authorities for inspections and address queries effectively.
  • Stay updated with amendments in labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring timely submissions and resolutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, and related labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with Shop & Establishment Act audits and compliance.
  • Proficiency in preparing and filing statutory returns (half-yearly and yearly).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external authorities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in labor laws or compliance will be an advantage.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance and audits.
