About This RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Observability Platform Engineer to join our team.Design and develop large-scale, reliable ML systems for an open-source observability platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable ML model deployment.Create data pipelines using Databricks and related tools to manage complex datasets.Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).Integrate MCP servers and connect tools across observability systems.Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production environments.Hands-on experience with Large Language Models/Multi-Modal Conversational Platforms, Grafana, and Databricks.Strong coding skills in Python programming language.Familiarity with container orchestration, Kubernetes, and cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure).Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces) and monitoring best practices.Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.About UsWe're a forward-thinking organization dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities.
