About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) consulting team. As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of DAP specialists while partnering with enterprise clients to shape and execute their digital adoption strategies.Core Responsibilities:Mentor and develop a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers to ensure they possess the necessary skills and expertise.Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement among your team members.Oversee workload, prioritization, and performance, ensuring client deliverables meet the highest standards.Client Focus:Act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approach.Facilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignment.Translate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworks.Build strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teams.Solution Design & Delivery:Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications.Ensure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystems.Review and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approaches.Partner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomes.Thought Leadership:Evangelize best practices for digital adoption among our clients.Stay current on DAP innovations and advise clients on emerging trends.Mentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills as well as technical best practices.Build a team of DAP Consultants.Your Background:You have 5+ years of experience in a senior consulting role, preferably in the field of Digital Adoption Platforms.You possess excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.You have a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies and are able to communicate complex ideas effectively.You are a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.A comprehensive training program to help you stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.The chance to make a real impact on our clients' businesses and contribute to their digital transformation journeys.
