Job Title: Electrical Engineer Trainer

Job Type: Part-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in industrial automation and electrical systems. The trainer will be responsible for upskilling professionals and teams in electrical engineering fundamentals, automation systems, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training modules on PLC programming, HMI design, and servo motor control.
  • Provide hands-on training on electrical system design, troubleshooting, and fault diagnostics.
  • Conduct sessions on drives, control panels, power distribution, and automation systems.
  • Guide trainees in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
  • Train on regulatory and industry standards relevant to medical devices, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
  • Support trainees with case studies, simulations, and real-time problem-solving.
  • Develop training materials, assessments, and practical workshops.
  • Stay updated with emerging electrical engineering and automation technologies.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in PLC, HMI, servo motors, and drive systems.
  • Knowledge of system design, control panels, and power distribution.
  • Experience in equipment reliability engineering and preventive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry codes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, mentoring, and presentation abilities.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, or system integration.
  • Hands-on experience in medical devices, automotive, or aerospace industries is preferred.
  • Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
