Job Overview:We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in transforming data into meaningful insights.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingBuild, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportWork with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).Version control experience (Git).Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with an Australian offshore company.Flexible working hours.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.About Us:We are a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
